December 17th 2025 Update

Thank you to everyone who attended the Registrar’s Office Summit on Tuesday, December 2. For those who couldn’t join us, here’s a quick update on the initial launch of Stellic for the School of Dentistry and the S.J. Quinney College of Law.

This Fall, we:

  • Held discovery sessions to review timelines and better understand curricula, operational needs, and business processes with partners from Dentistry and Law.
  • Built initial degree audits for the JD and DDS programs (along with their certificates) through strong collaboration with our Dentistry and Law partners, Degree Progress, Student Systems, and Curriculum Management and Academic Planning teams.
  • Reviewed and refined audits with the Law and Dentistry partners, ensuring accuracy and incorporating feedback.
  • Completed detailed student-progress testing to confirm audits are functioning as expected and ready for launch.

We are now in the final stretch—adding finishing touches and training advisors and administrators for a smooth rollout in January.

As we reflect on the year, Stellic is more than a new four-year planning, registration, and degree audit tool; it’s an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and transform how we support student success. Stellic gives us a shared platform to make that collaboration easier and more impactful.

We are excited to get Dentistry and Law advisors, administrators, and students into Stellic and learn from their experiences. As we continue to ramp up towards a Fall 2027 Undergraduate launch, your feedback will help us keep improving and make this tool even more valuable for our campus community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this excellent work!
